Espinoza Cattle Co. specializes in raising premium beef cattle- with a focus on well bred Red & Black Angus, Simbrah, and our top of the line Akauishi (Red Wagyu) Cattle- all chosen for their performance, adaptability and exceptional meat quality. These breeds are carefully managed on pasture and rangeland suited to the Texas high plains climate, where they thrive and convert native grasses into nutrient- rich beef.
